How to strengthen your relationships with other agents.
Being a Realtor is hard enough without feeling like you have to compete with every other agent that you meet. That’s why we’re sharing three tips for how to strengthen your relationships with other agents. These will help you feel more comfortable and confident in your business:
1. Remember that there are plenty of real estate transactions for everyone. There’s nothing worse than going to work every day and feeling like you have to compete all the time, and that’s why being part of a nurturing team is so important. When you don’t feel like it’s a competition, your work will become more about who you can help, not about who you’re up against.
2. Take time to mentor a new agent. We know this sounds time-consuming, but helping new agents strengthens your relationships with them and other mentors. This little gesture can go a long way toward proving that you are not an enemy.

3. Go above and beyond to help each other. Taking a showing for a fellow teammate who is sick or too busy, taking an open house for someone, or simply offering tips on social media shows that you are a team player. When you’re helping your team, you’re creating a bond that lasts. Do more than just the bare minimum and show agents that you respect them and their businesses.
With these three simple techniques, you can strengthen your relationships with other agents.
